Our House on Bucklands Beach

Soon after arriving in Auckland, we found ourselves this wonderful 3 bedroom house, which we're renting till the end of January 2007. It's in a great location, only 50m from the beach!! Many afternoons after school you will find us there, even now, in winter it's a wonderful spot. It looks out towards Rangitoto Island (I believe NZ's youngest dormant vulcano) and in the distance you can see the Sky Tower in the city.

We like the region very much, and with both girls settled in school and playcentre / nursery respectively, it looks like we'll be looking for our own 'home' sometime over the summer holidays at the end of the year.
